Orders

Please use this website to place your order. For questions about placing an order e-mail beeinvited@beeinvited.net and the Queen Bee will buzz you back either via e-mail or phone. If you wish to speak to someone at Bee Invited, please leave a phone number!

Placing an order

Once an order has been submitted, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. If you have not received a confirmation e-mail, please contact us at Bee Invited, so that you do not place a duplicate order. We will work on your order as soon as we get it!

Please follow all the directions prompted by Bee Invited to place an order. If you wish to purchase BLANK stock, you will need to select blank, as well as type BLANK in the special instructions box. There are no refunds on Blank Stock, so please make sure you are able to print before purchasing. Blank Stock items are compatible with most laser and ink jet printers.

For printed invitations, please make sure all the information is correct! Please double check that all names, times, places, and spellings are correct. We are not able to accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on personalized products. You will receive a free PROOF (via e-mail) on all items shipped directly from our store…. this means items from the following companies: Anna Griffin, Cid Pear, Cross my Heart, Design Design, Inviting Company, and Picture Perfect. As we add more inventory to our store, we will let you know which ones will include free proofs. (Soon to come…. Julia D Azar and Bert & Harry!) The Sticklies, Bernadette Elenteny, and Peekaboo Pumpkin are companies that will send Bee Invited the proof and we will then forward you the proof for approval. There will be a charge for proofs ($3.00) after the free one has been sent! You will need to go to the Proof Category and purchase another proof for us to send you another one!

Bee Invited offers a number of products that are printed and shipped from different manufacturers around the United States. If time is an issue, please e-mail the Queen Bee so that we can let you know the approximate time it will take for your order to reach you. Orders such as those from Dinky Designs, Stacy Claire Boyd, Sweet Pea Designs, Carlson Craft, Daisy Princess Paperie, Kelly Hughes, Dinx & Gracie, Bernadette Elenteny, Simply Put, Lake House Designs and The Sticklies will come directly from their locations. This means, there will be NO RETURNS on items from these companies, PLEASE make sure your order is correct before submitting them.

Payment

We use paypal for your security and for our peace of mind. Once the order is placed, paypal will charge your credit card immediately.

Sales tax is charged ONLY for Florida deliveries (7%).

There may be different charges for shipping. Deliveries from Bee Invited may be shipped for a slightly lesser charge than those shipped from other locations. Please make sure that the correct shipping charges are selected when checking out.

Returns

Please note that there are no returns on personalized items or blank stock.

Shipping

Bee Invited ships from many locations in the United States. If you have time concerns it would be advisable to receive a shipping quote from Bee Invited. If you wish to pay for quicker shipping, you may contact the Queen Bee for quicker delivery methods.

As of now, we only ship to destinations in the United States. Charges for delivery to Hawaii and Alaska will require additional fees. Please contact the Queen Bee for information.
